Refund Policy — Bold Theory

At Bold Theory, all of our bouquets are made using fresh, perishable flowers and prepared to order. Because of this, we do not accept traditional returns.

Returns & Refunds Elgibility

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are not accepted.

If there is an issue with your order, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery. Requests made after this window will not be eligible for review.

Refunds or replacements are only considered in cases where:

the item was damaged upon delivery
the item delivered was incorrect
the quality of the flowers is significantly below standard

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If there is an issue, contact us at support@boldtheory.me within 24 hours and include:

your order number
a clear photo of the bouquet
a brief description of the issue

If the issue is verified, we may offer one of the following:

a replacement bouquet
store credit
a partial or full refund

The resolution will be determined based on the situation.

Natural Variations

Flowers are natural products and may vary slightly in color, size, or arrangement due to seasonal availability.

These variations are not considered defects.

In cases where specific flowers are unavailable, we may substitute with flowers of equal or higher value while maintaining the overall look and feel of the arrangement.
