Orders
All orders placed through our website are subject to availability and confirmation. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order if necessary.
Product Availability
Flowers are natural and seasonal products. While we aim to replicate arrangements as shown in product photos, substitutions of flowers or materials may occur depending on availability. Any substitutions will maintain the overall style, color palette, and value of the bouquet.
Pricing
All prices are listed in AED (United Arab Emirates Dirhams) and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery fees may apply depending on the delivery location.
Same-Day Orders
Same-day delivery is subject to daily cutoff times and delivery availability. Orders placed after the cutoff may be delivered the following day.
Delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery details. Bold Theory is not responsible for delivery delays or issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
If the recipient is unavailable at the delivery location, the order may be:

or returned to the shop
Additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.
Payments
We accept payments online using Visa and MasterCard credit/debit cards in AED (or any other agreed currency).
Governing Law
Any purchase, dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with this website shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of UAE.

Refunds & Returns
Due to the perishable nature of fresh flowers, we do not accept returns. Please refer to our Refund Policy for full details.
