Delivery Areas
We deliver to all areas within Abu Dhabi. Delivery availability may vary depending on location.
Delivery Timeframes
Delivery is typically completed within the selected delivery window on the day of delivery.
For same-day delivery, orders must be placed before the daily cutoff time displayed on the website.
Orders placed after the cutoff may be delivered the following day.
Delivery Attempts
If the recipient is not available at the delivery address, our delivery partner may:

leave the bouquet with reception or security

contact the sender or recipient for instructions

attempt redelivery
Additional delivery charges may apply if redelivery is required.
Delivery Conditions
Flowers should be placed in a cool indoor environment and kept in water where applicable to ensure freshness.
Once delivery has been completed, Bold Theory is not responsible for flowers left unattended.
Substitution Policy
Due to seasonal availability, certain flowers may occasionally be substituted with flowers of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style and color palette of the arrangement.
